Position: Commis – Daily Worker
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items.
- Ensure the kitchen station is clean and organized.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Senior High School or Vocational School.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn.
- High discipline and responsible nature.
- Male or Female candidates are welcome.
