Position: Chef de Partie Pastry
- Oversee the pastry section operations and ensure high standards of food quality.
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff to enhance their skills.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and trends.
- Excellent communicator and real team player.
- Able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
