A lot of hotel staff stay in this role for years simply because they never question it. Many candidates accept operational roles to get in quickly but never prepare how to grow beyond it.
Position: Reservation (Internship)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the reservation team with processing booking requests
- Learn to use the reservation system and handle guest inquiries
- Support with administrative tasks and filing
- Observe and learn standard operating procedures for reservations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality or tourism degree program
- Eager to learn and develop skills in hotel reservations
- Good communication and computer skills
- Additional language skills are an advantage
