Qualifications:
- Great communicator with confidence in handling guest interactions.
- Pleasant and polished personality.
- Excellent English proficiency, spoken and written; other languages are an advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Butler or luxury hospitality roles within a 5-star environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain discretion.
