Position: Spa Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international chain hotel
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Knowledge of spa financials, budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking
- Experience in handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally
- Positive, growth-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and open to challenges
- Fluent in English and Indonesia, spoken and written
