Position: Spa Manager
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international chain hotel
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Knowledge of spa financials, budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking
  • Experience in handling guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally
  • Positive, growth-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and open to challenges
  • Fluent in English and Indonesia, spoken and written
