Position: Director of Wellbeing

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and manage a holistic wellbeing ecosystem across the resort, covering movement, recovery, and therapeutic offerings
  • Develop community-driven programming, meaningful rituals, and experiences that reconnect guests with themselves and their surroundings
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Programming, Culinary, and Brand teams to curate intuitive and human-centered guest journeys
  • Oversee the design and implementation of wellness-focused guest experiences rooted in local Ubud culture
  • Lead the wellbeing department with a visionary approach, ensuring physical, mental, and social wellness are integrated resort-wide

Qualifications:

  • Strategic thinker with a deep passion for wellness in all its forms
  • Creative approach to experience design and hospitality programming
  • Ability to lead with heart and intention within a high-profile pre-opening team
  • Visionary leader who believes wellbeing is multidimensional (physical, mental, emotional, social)
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within high-end spa, wellness, or lifestyle hospitality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse departments
  • This position is open to local candidates only
  • Indonesian citizenship
