We are currently looking for creative souls to join this hoteljob.id vacancy for our upcoming opening in Bali.

Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share for the pre-opening resort
- Identify and secure new business opportunities from various market segments
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and wholesalers
- Oversee the sales team’s activities to ensure targets are met and exceeded
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for the management team
Qualifications:
- Experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in luxury hotel sales
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong networking abilities within the local and international travel industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a pre-opening management team
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
