Position: Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Process guest payments accurately via cash or card
- Maintain the cash float and perform daily reconciliation
- Issue official receipts and maintain transaction logs
- Handle guest queries regarding billing and charges
- Assist in light administrative work for the outlet
Qualifications:
- Experience in cashiering or retail transactions
- Honest and trustworthy character with high integrity
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Calm demeanor when dealing with busy periods
- Clear and polite communication in Bahasa
- High school diploma or vocational equivalent
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
