Position: Chief Technician
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all technical maintenance projects
- Manage the engineering team and external contractors
- Maintain hotel building systems and energy efficiency
- Analyze technical risks and implement preventative measures
- Lead and develop a high performing technical team
Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in technical or engineering management
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of building systems and HVAC
- Expertise in energy management and technical projects
- Problem solving mindset for guest and operational issues
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of improving technical standards
