Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel.
- Ensure all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning optimally.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage the engineering budget and control energy consumption.
- Lead and train the engineering team to ensure safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manager level role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good personality and attitude.
- Ability to execute ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
