For a daily worker in engineering, relying purely on manual fixes without understanding the preventive systems often leads to being seen as a “pair of hands” rather than a future technician.
Position: DW – Engineering (MEP)
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Assist the engineering team in troubleshooting equipment failures and facility issues
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure MEP functionality
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and follow safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Basic technical knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Motivated, dynamic, and physically fit for maintenance tasks
- Previous experience in hotel engineering or a similar technical role is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours as a daily worker
- Indonesian citizenship
Benefits:
- Fee 168.000,-/Day
- 1 x meals on duty
- 9 hours (8 hours working + 1 hour break include meal)
- Include BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan
