Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel operations in the same position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with guests effectively.
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to oversee inventory management, scheduling, and operational tasks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control (for F&B Manager).
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and industry best practices (for F&B Manager).
- Understanding of food safety standards (for F&B Manager).
