• Excellent organizational skills to oversee inventory management, scheduling, and operational tasks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control (for F&B Manager).
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and industry best practices (for F&B Manager).
• Understanding of food safety standards (for F&B Manager).
