Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality software and management systems.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced resort environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of the resort or assigned villa.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department teams to ensure top-quality service.
• Develop strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue while maintaining brand standards.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and customer service guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Finance, etc.) to optimize workflow.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
