Property Information

handling special requests or addressing concerns, our Guest Relations team
strives to exceed expectations every time.

- Guest Relation Officer (Canggu)
- Guest Relation Supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
- Outstanding communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in hospitality software or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide information on resort facilities and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with internal departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.) to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain accurate guest records and feedback logs.
- Address and escalate guest complaints to management when necessary.
- Support a positive and team-focused environment.
