General Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering or maintenance (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, repairs, and troubleshooting methods.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to join immediately.

Role-Specific Highlights

Engineering Staff:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of resort facilities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work closely with other departments to support special events or major repairs.

• Assist full-time engineering staff with day-to-day maintenance tasks.
