Job Description

At Bambu Indah, the Front Office team is pivotal in creating a seamless experience
for our guests. This department handles check-in, check-out, and a variety of
guest inquiries, ensuring a warm welcome and friendly assistance throughout
their stay.

Position Available

  • Daily Worker – Front Desk Agent

General Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (hospitality background preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tasks and reservation systems (if applicable).
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong guest service focus.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to join immediately.

Role-Specific Highlights

Daily Worker – Front Desk Agent:

  • Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.) to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of reservations, payments, and guest profiles.
  • Provide resort information, recommend activities, and make bookings if needed.
