their stay.

General Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (hospitality background preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks and reservation systems (if applicable).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong guest service focus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to join immediately.
Role-Specific Highlights
Daily Worker – Front Desk Agent:
- Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.) to meet guest needs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of reservations, payments, and guest profiles.
- Provide resort information, recommend activities, and make bookings if needed.
