• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a boutique or shop setting (experience with jewelry or souvenir shops is advantageous).
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to upsell or recommend products.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to join immediately.
