Position: HRD Staff
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
– Minimum 1 year of experience in HR within the hospitality industry
– Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and recruitment processes
– Strong organizational and administrative skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Computer literate (MS Office, HRIS)
