JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa
Located on a 2.8-hectare property, JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a pre-opening hotel featuring 100 rooms, including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The resort faces west, offering stunning sunset views and lush forest scenery. Dining options include an open kitchen and buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and pool bar. We are estimated to open in Q2 2026 and are offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud.

Our amenities include two meeting rooms, two pool areas, a fitness center, spa, and kid’s club. The resort is just a 5-minute drive from Jalan Raya Payangan and accessible to attractions like Payung Rafting Bali, Keliki Painting School, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and various cafes, restaurants, and temples in Ubud Town. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team and build rewarding hospitality careers in Bali.

Position: HR & Learning Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-opening mass recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement the resort’s training and development strategy.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and associate engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all Marriott HR policies and Indonesian labor laws.
  • Lead the HR team in daily operations, including payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an HR Manager role, with a strong focus on Learning & Development.
  • Pre-opening hotel experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and Marriott HR practices.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and develop training programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources or Hospitality.
  • Fluent in English.
