JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa
Located on a 2.8-hectare property, JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa is a pre-opening hotel featuring 100 rooms, including guestrooms, suites, and villas. The resort faces west, offering stunning sunset views and lush forest scenery. Dining options include an open kitchen and buffet restaurant, specialty restaurant, lobby lounge, and pool bar. We are estimated to open in Q2 2026 and are offering premier hotel jobs in Ubud.

Our amenities include two meeting rooms, two pool areas, a fitness center, spa, and kid’s club. The resort is just a 5-minute drive from Jalan Raya Payangan and accessible to attractions like Payung Rafting Bali, Keliki Painting School, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and various cafes, restaurants, and temples in Ubud Town. We are seeking passionate professionals to join our pre-opening team and build rewarding hospitality careers in Bali.

Position: HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Support the pre-opening recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including employee data, contracts, and files.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and support the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in a hotel.
  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of HR administration, payroll, and Indonesian labor law.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
