Position: Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs across all departments through analysis and collaboration.
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including on the job training.
• Manage the hotel’s learning management system and maintain accurate training records.
• Support a collaborative learning environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach and support departmental trainers and operational leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an operational leadership role.
• Prior experience in delivering on the job training within AccorHotels.
• Train the Trainer or equivalent certification.
• AccorHotels Académie Trainer Pass Dimension certification.
• Experience in a luxury five star environment is essential.
• Ability to foster a community that supports a collaborative learning environment.
• Strong coaching and leadership style.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of talent.
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• Culturally aware and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Works independently with initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Self motivated and energetic.
