Position: Learning & Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs across all departments through analysis and collaboration.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including on the job training.
- Manage the hotel’s learning management system and maintain accurate training records.
- Support a collaborative learning environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach and support departmental trainers and operational leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an operational leadership role.
- Prior experience in delivering on the job training within AccorHotels.
- Train the Trainer or equivalent certification.
- AccorHotels Académie Trainer Pass Dimension certification.
- Experience in a luxury five star environment is essential.
- Ability to foster a community that supports a collaborative learning environment.
- Strong coaching and leadership style.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of talent.
- Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
- Culturally aware and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Works independently with initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Self motivated and energetic.
