Position: Assistant Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager in all HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate staff activities and welfare programs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
- Experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in hospitality.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership potential and high level of integrity.
