Position: T&C and Learning Coordinator
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Experience in training and development within hospitality preferred
– Good organizational and facilitation skills
– Ability to create engaging learning materials
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Positive attitude and a passion for employee growth
