Malibu Beachfront is set to become the largest beach club destination in POJ City, Marina Beach, Semarang. With an upscale and vibrant atmosphere, the venue will combine modern tropical architecture, lush scenery, and an exceptional beachfront experience designed to welcome both local and international guests.

As part of our preopening phase, we are seeking passionate professionals who are ready to take part in building an iconic beach lifestyle destination. Be a part of a visionary team that values creativity, compliance, and excellence in hospitality operations.

Position: Human Resources & Legal Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Familiar with OSS and legal procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance in Indonesia
  • Excellent skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
