Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for the entire pre-opening team.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment and create programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager in the Horeca industry.
• Knowing how to care for and energize people.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
