Position: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for the entire pre-opening team.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Nurture a positive working environment and create programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager in the Horeca industry.
- Knowing how to care for and energize people.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
