Qualifications:

• Experience in hotel reservations or front office preferred
• Accuracy in booking, upselling, and documentation
• Good written and spoken English; confident email/phone etiquette
• Familiar with PMS/CRS and OTA extranets
• Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
