Position: DW RESERVATION

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with booking inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Accurately input, modify, and manage reservation data in the hotel system.
• Provide detailed information about the resort, room types, rates, and promotions.
• Process reservation confirmations, cancellations, and special requests.
• Support the reservation team with daily administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Having experience in similar positions.
• Have an experience in 5 star Hotels/Resort.
• Confidence highly motivated passionately work in Super Team.
• Fluent in English in written and speaking.
• Able to speak other languages is preferred (2).
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Detail oriented, dynamic, and good teamwork.
• Able to join immediately.
