• Proven leadership driving multi-segment (Corporate/MICE/Leisure) sales performance
• Strong account strategy, contracting, and forecasting skills
• Ability to lead and coach a results-oriented sales team
• Data-driven mindset with pipeline discipline and CRM usage
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
