Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at a luxury hotel or resort
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and upselling skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ready to be assigned to the night shift
- Must be Bali-based
