Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional check-in and check-out services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for every guest.
- Manage all front office transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of organizational skills.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent communication with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all hotel security and safety procedures during front desk operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a reputable hotel Front Office environment.
- Good communication and organization skills, essential for a guest-facing role.
- Excellent team spirit and a talent for collaboration.
- Must be a passionate and talented individual with a pleasant, outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, is highly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment in Karawang.
