Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Front Office department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations 24/7.
- Implement and maintain high standards of guest service, anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly in the Bogor market.
- Manage room inventory, occupancy rates, and coordinate with the Sales team to optimize revenue.
- Oversee the VHP System (FOM) to ensure accurate guest data, billing, and reservations management.
- Train, motivate, and mentor the Front Office team, fostering a culture of excellence, good teamwork, and high performance.
Qualifications:
- Experienced as the same role for min 2 years in a boutique or 4-5 star hotel setting in Bogor or a related metropolitan area.
- Familiarity with VHP System (FOM) for property management operations.
- Highly motivated, a good team player, outgoing personality and result-oriented individual.
- Passionate about people and service, dedicated to delivering a definitive guest experience.
- Strong communication, managerial, and motivational skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
