Position: Guest Service Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest services or front office management
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a small team, handle guest recovery and resolve issues promptly
- Familiarity with PMS and reservation procedures is an advantage
- Organised, proactive, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
