Position: Guest Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in guest services or front office management
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead a small team, handle guest recovery and resolve issues promptly
  • Familiarity with PMS and reservation procedures is an advantage
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
