Position: Villa Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the villas, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping, maintenance, and service staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is impeccably maintained.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the same position.
• Good leadership and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining the property.
• Guest service-oriented with excellent communication skills for managing the team.
• Good English, both oral and written.
• Strong work ethic, a team player, and able to work independently.
• Able to join immediately.
