Position: ROOM DIVISION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, Spa, and Recreation.
- Drive initiatives to achieve exceptional guest experience and resolve escalated issues.
- Develop and manage the divisional budget, focusing on cost control and revenue optimization.
- Provide strong leadership, training, and development for all Rooms Division teams.
- Ensure all departmental operations adhere to the luxury standards of the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Holds bachelor’s degree or diploma graduate with major in room division or hotel management or any other related major from reputable university or college.
- Has proven track record working with five star hotel from well respected international brands.
- Currently works as Room Division Manager or Senior Front Office Manager/Executive Housekeeper looking for career progression.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations including Loss Prevention and Spa & Recreation.
- Has strong leadership to achieve exceptional guest experience, a high performing individual with proven expertise in problem solving and budget management.
- Has quality of being approachable and outgoing with easy manner in dealing with the guests and team.
- Open to Indonesia nationality only.
