Position: Room Division Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the Front Office and Housekeeping operations to ensure seamless guest service.
• Guarantees efficient room management and inventory control.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the property.
• Develops and implements departmental strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manages the departmental budget, including forecasting and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4-5 star hotels.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of operational standards, cost control, and hygiene practices.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the Rooms Division.
