Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management or related field
• Proven leadership experience in F&B operations within luxury hotels or resorts
• Strong commercial acumen, budgeting and cost control skills
• Excellent guest service focus and ability to drive culinary and service standards
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a diverse multi-outlet team
