Position: Floor Captain
Responsibilities:
- Lead a section of the restaurant, day club, or night club floor, ensuring excellent service.
- Supervise and support Waiters/Waitresses in the section.
- Engage with guests, ensure satisfaction, and handle any immediate concerns.
- Assist with order taking and service during peak times.
- Ensure the section is properly set up, clean, and organized.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Senior Waiter or Team Leader in a high volume F&B venue.
- Excellent service skills and a deep understanding of F&B operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- A positive and professional demeanor.
- Experience in a Bali club or lifestyle resort is highly desirable.
- Proficient with POS systems.
