Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality or similar environments
• Knowledge of basic building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and preventive maintenance
• Ability to perform troubleshooting, small repairs and coordinate with contractors
• Good organisational and safety awareness with ability to keep accurate maintenance records
• Willingness to work on-call and respond to operational needs
