Position: Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Assist in repairing and maintaining building facilities and structures.
- Maintain a log of all repair and maintenance work.
Qualifications:
- Has 2 years working experience at 4 or 5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above.
- Well communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Have a business and excellent service oriented attitude.
- Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and AC.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
- Vocational certification in a related field is a plus.
