Position: Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Assist in repairing and maintaining building facilities and structures.
• Maintain a log of all repair and maintenance work.

Qualifications:

• Has 2 years working experience at 4 or 5 stars international chain hotel, in the position as vacancy above.
• Well communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Have a business and excellent service oriented attitude.
• Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and AC.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
• Vocational certification in a related field is a plus.
