Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of hotel facilities
- Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Lead the engineering team and manage contractors
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency measures
Qualifications:
- Experience as Chief Engineer in the hospitality industry
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
- Good leadership and project management skills
- Certification in engineering or related field is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage budgets and resources
