Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of the engineering department
- Ensure all hotel systems and equipment are functioning optimally
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Train engineering staff on safety procedures and technical skills
- Respond to maintenance requests from other departments promptly
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in the same position
- Preferably residing in Bali
- Responsible and discipline with high self confidence
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Young and dynamic person ready for pre opening challenges
- Experience in using VHP system is a plus point
