Position: Chief Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operations of the Engineering department.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for 126 rooms and 4 meeting rooms.
• Manage the department’s budget, expenditures, and technical projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and building regulations.
• Train, guide, and manage the engineering team.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Marketing (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English skills both oral & writen.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Possess strong planning skills, creative and meticulous with details.
• Developed analytical and problem solving skills.
• Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and attitude.
