Qualifications:

• 2–5 years leadership in restaurant/outlet management at 4–5 star hotel
• Guest-centric, revenue-driven, and strong floor presence
• Skilled in roster, training, and service recovery
• Sound knowledge of budgeting, cost, and upselling
• Excellent English communication and people skills
