Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizen only
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position within a 4/5-star hotel or resort
• Proven knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance and contractor coordination
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage engineering teams
• Commitment to safety standards, regulatory compliance and cost-effective maintenance
