Position: Chief Engineering

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or high level Engineering Manager in a luxury resort
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent leadership, project management, and budgeting skills
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Familiarity with hotel safety and emergency procedures
• Ability to manage and mentor a large team of technicians
• Strong problem solving abilities and guest service focus
