Position: Chief Engineer
- Lead the engineering department and oversee all maintenance operations.
- Ensure the efficient operation of all hotel systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage the engineering budget and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in the relevant position.
- Degree in Engineering or a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel systems.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong ability to motivate staff.
- Business-oriented and operationally hands-on.
