Position: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in managing all maintenance operations and ensuring safety standards are met.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a large engineering team to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Oversee the maintenance of all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Utilize exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage projects.
• Deliver professional presentations and maintain a service oriented style with other departments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Chief Engineering or in the same level position in a large-scale and luxurious 5-star hotel.
• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a large engineering team while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Broad understanding of hotel facilities, maintenance operations, and safety standards.
• This position is only available for Indonesian.
