Position: Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities.
• Specialize in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems as assigned.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and other departments in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily rounds and inspections of plant rooms and critical equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in a large hotel or commercial building.
• Vocational school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Strong technical skills in a specific trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Good problem solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Based in Jakarta.
