Position: Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities.
- Specialize in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems as assigned.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and other departments in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily rounds and inspections of plant rooms and critical equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with engineering standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in a large hotel or commercial building.
- Vocational school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Strong technical skills in a specific trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
- Good problem solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Based in Jakarta.
