Qualifications:

• Proven track record in hotel sales, preferably in MICE or corporate segments
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with corporate clients and event planners
• Experience managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets
• Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
