Position: MICE Manager

Responsibilities:

• Proactively solicit and manage MICE accounts to meet sales goals.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
• Conduct site inspections and entertain potential clients.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client accounts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a MICE Manager or in a similar sales role within a hotel.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good network of MICE clients and event organizers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Passionate hotelier with a service oriented mindset.
